“Pilates has been the most gentle on my body,” says Chelsea. “I’m longer and leaner and much more graceful. I can honestly say it’s changed my body, and my life.” Chelsea Pilates regimen along with a nutritious diet has been so effective that she posed nude in the April 2009 issue of Allure, and was asked to pose for the
December 2009 cover of Playboy. Thanks to her healthier lifestyle, Chelsea now feels as good as she looks. “Not only am I fitter, I feel more energized and focused too,” she says.
Dancing With The Star new co-host Brooke Burke, 38, is looking as fit as she did when she won season seven. Brooke, the mother of 4 gained 25-30 pounds with each pregnancy but regained her svelte physique in record time.
The key, she underscores, was staying active and fit during the pregnancy. “I did cardio and Pilates faithfully throughout my pregnancy and I started up again as soon as my doctor gave me the go-ahead,” says Brooke, who gained 25-30 pounds with each pregnancy.
