Jennifer Lopez is serious about losing her baby weight quickly. The sexy 38 year-old Latino Super Star has lost 40lbs - at a rate of 10lbs a week - since having twins Max and Emme in Feburary. Her Postnatal Pilates workouts consist of Pilates, a one hour cardio workout followed by an hour of weight training.
The actress and singer has reportedly started working out at 4 am everyday. She has also hired a team of nutritionists and trainers to help her shed the pounds. She recently admitted that she is planning to participate in a triathlon in September.
Despite embarking on such an aggressive, postnatal weight loss program the 5ft 5 performer has limited her food intake to 1,400 calories a day and banned all carbohydrates.
